If I had to describe Michael in only three words I’d use motivating, passionate and inclusive. Mike is an extremely knowledgeable fitness guru. Not only is he an expert in the physical aspect of fitness but he taps into the more important mental aspect many fitness programs often overlook. He pushes you in a way that makes you feel good about yourself and makes you want to work harder.
He is encouraging and seems to attract others that are encouraging to his group workouts. Regardless of your starting point, Mike works with each person as an individual to build their physical and mental capacity. His all-inclusive approach of exercise, nutrition and mindset is a solid approach that if done right, will last a lifetime. His workouts are challenging but extremely rewarding both mentally and physically.
