When it comes to strength and conditioning/weight loss there are loads of programs that talk a good game, but Mindful Self-Mastery helped make it happen for me. Michael Norwood has coached me and given me the confidence to feel like a champ.
I started working out with Mindful Self-Mastery about 4 months ago. I was over 150 pounds and wearing between a size 8-10 dress. With the stress-free coaching, workout routines and food discussions, I’m happy to share that I am 10 pounds lighter and fitting into my size 4 dress.
Not to mention how energized I feel. I’m not done yet. I still have some work to do, but I know that with Michael’s guidance and continuous encouragement the best is yet to come.
